Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive supports the procurement operations of the company's Air‑Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Facilities Management services. The role ensures that materials, equipment and services are sourced, purchased and delivered on time, in line with project specifications, company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from approved suppliers for ACMV and Facilities Management needs.
• Evaluate quotations on price, quality, technical compliance and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate pricing, quantities and contractual terms.
• Coordinate material and service requirements with project managers, engineers and facilities teams.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, shipment status and discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records according to company procedures.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Support cost comparison, budget tracking and procurement reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in ACMV, engineering, building services or Facilities Management is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
