Procurement Executive

About the role

We are a fast‑growing semiconductor startup looking for a hands‑on Procurement Executive to lead day‑to‑day purchasing activities. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage internal requests, and ensure smooth procurement operations within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and configure them in the NetSuite ERP system.
• Issue RFQs, collect quotations, and perform comparative analysis.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), guaranteeing timely order placement and delivery.
• Execute 3‑way matching of PO, delivery order, and invoices for accurate payment processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procurement and inventory records in NetSuite.
• Communicate purchasing requirements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement reporting, including open PO tracking.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Solid understanding of the procure‑to‑pay process (PR → PO → DO → Invoice).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
