Procurement Executive - Warehouse and Logistics

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring for a position within its Procurement Department in the Corporate Planning Division. The successful candidate will ensure the warehouse operates safely and in compliance through strong governance, standard operating procedures, controls and an inventory integrity framework, and will lead governance-driven operational improvements and process enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy and control: manage cycle counts, review inventory discrepancies, process adjustments and stock transfer reversals, report cycle count results, and carry out periodic physical stock inspections and warehouse audits.
• Operations improvement: lead reviews of recurring operational failures, fix escalated ASRS issues with the ASRS provider (Muratec) and vendors, run UAT for system enhancements, develop training materials and lead automation initiatives such as RFID implementation.
• Audits and regulatory readiness: close internal audit findings, ensure 3PL partners meet Goods Receipt and Goods Issue timeliness requirements, conduct on-site audits for safety and housekeeping gaps, liaise with regulators, prepare for TradeFIRST assessments and support sustainability reporting and access-control compliance.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Plan, run readiness exercises and keep recovery procedures and contact lists current.
• Run periodic access reviews and segregation-of-duties checks, resolve exceptions and keep disposal records complete.

Required profile

• Degree majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing warehouse operations at an executive or mid-management level.
• Experience in warehouse governance, audit and compliance is advantageous.
• Proactive, meticulous, accountable, collaborative and independent, with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of data automation and process digitalization is advantageous.
