Procurement Manager – Data Analytics & Tech Focus

About the role

IMDA is seeking a high‑performing Procurement Manager to lead the transformation of its procurement policies, systems and processes. You will champion data analytics and emerging technologies to drive innovation, automation and superior service delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely procurement advice and contract‑management guidance to internal users.
• Review sourcing documents, recommendation papers and other procurement submissions.
• Lead projects that leverage Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Vibe Coding to improve user experience and process efficiency.
• Analyse procurement data, build dashboards with trends and forecasts, and support demand aggregation.
• Develop and maintain programmes that increase user procurement knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal audit to support reviews and propose policy, process and system improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of government procurement experience with hands‑on knowledge of GeBIZ.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous.
• Proven ability to multitask, work with all management levels and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, writing, problem‑solving and project/contract management skills.
