Procurement Manager – Electronics (East Asia)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations for an electronics multinational corporation in the East region. The role oversees end‑to‑end procurement, ensuring high‑quality goods and services are sourced cost‑effectively and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and manage supplier relationships to optimise the supply chain.
• Identify reliable suppliers, evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Monitor vendor performance through regular audits and resolve supply‑chain disruptions or quality issues.
• Develop cost‑reduction strategies while maintaining quality and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, track KPIs and report operational health to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, motivated and able to work independently.
