About the role
As a Procurement Specialist you will support the full procurement lifecycle for Siemens Healthineers' business operations in Singapore. You will handle direct procurement for project‑related needs while also overseeing indirect procurement activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage direct procurement for project requirements, including RFQs, quotation review and supplier selection.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, scope, delivery schedules and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Project Management, Service Teams and Management to support project execution and tender processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Supply Chain Management Framework and Corporate Procurement Governance.
- Identify and implement productivity measures to generate financial impact.
- Analyse procurement KPIs and report results to country management and Global Headquarters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Exposure to healthcare or construction‑related procurement is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience using SAP (preferred).
