Product Communication Strategist – Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Communication Strategist to lead customer‑facing product communications, knowledge‑base management and multilingual content development across European and Asian markets. The role will act as the voice of the customer while collaborating with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Compliance and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Help Centre and knowledge‑management projects across 10+ languages, maintaining 600+ articles.
• Develop and enforce content governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, localization quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Marketing to improve Help Centre architecture, navigation and searchability.
• Create, edit and proofread product documentation, FAQs, announcements and guides for global audiences.
• Provide high‑quality French translations and localization of English content while preserving brand tone.
• Manage content within Salesforce and other customer engagement platforms.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French and English.
• Proven experience working onsite in both Europe and Singapore.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances and customer expectations across European and Asian markets.
