Product Delivery Officer (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Product Delivery Officer on a 1-year contract within the New Business / Policy Services team. Reporting to the Product and Project Manager, the officer supports the smooth roll-out of new products, keeping them defect-free and highly automated.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the New Business Admin / Policy Services team in project meetings, understand new product features and help negotiate system enhancements for highly automated processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, analyse features, recommend improvements and finalise processes with stakeholders.
• Work with the technology team on UAT test plans and outputs: provide test scenarios, verify results and sign off on defect-free roll-outs.
• Prepare and deliver training on new products for New Business / Policy Services teams.
• Monitor post-implementation progress, escalate system errors and agree interim solutions with stakeholders.
• Document business and handling rules of launched products in the existing SOPs and user guides.

Required profile

• Keen learner able to work independently, customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Meticulous, accurate and able to meet service standards; problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Experience with life, ILP and term insurance plans, and knowledge of New Business / Policy Services functions.
• Experience in product development/implementation and digital submission processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Digital mindset and experience with UAT testing.
