Product Designer – ACRA Digital Services

About the role

GovTech is seeking a Product Designer to join the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) team. You will help modernise Singapore’s business landscape by re‑imagining the Bizfile platform and creating new digital features that simplify regulatory processes for users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design work across multiple product domains, translating complex regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Identify user needs through research, testing and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop accessible, effective digital solutions that align with product goals and business objectives.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and business owners to advocate for user‑centred design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing design culture.

• Proactive self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to ship high‑quality products and features consistently.
