Product Designer (AI Prototyping)

About the role

Digify is a cloud-based document security and virtual data room platform used by organizations for fundraising, M&A, due diligence and secure collaboration. It is looking for a Product Designer in Singapore who designs by building: turning a product decision into a working, testable prototype with AI tools, rather than handing off static mockups. The role is hands-on, high-autonomy, and partners closely with the Platform Pod Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Platform Pod Lead to turn feature decisions into UX flows and working prototypes.
• Build realistic, interactive prototypes with AI tools (such as Claude Design) that users can test.
• Simplify complex security and permission workflows into intuitive, browser-native experiences.
• Run lightweight user interviews and usability tests, and turn feedback into better designs quickly.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready components.
• Work closely with engineers during development so the shipped product matches the intended experience.
• Improve the design system and reusable UI components, and stay current with modern interaction patterns and AI design tooling.

Required profile

• 3-6+ years designing SaaS or web applications.
• Proven ability to build working prototypes with AI tools; the portfolio should show AI-built prototypes, not just polished screens.
• Strong end-to-end product thinking: discovery, interaction design and information architecture, not just UI.
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows and to run lightweight user testing.
• Strong communication and high autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bonus points: enterprise or B2B product experience, familiarity with design systems, understanding of accessibility and responsive design, and agile SaaS engineering experience.

Required skills

• Building functional prototypes with AI tools (e.g. Claude Design)
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript enough to prototype in the browser and talk credibly with engineers
• Figma is helpful but not the focus
