Product Designer - Enterprise Efficiency

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our internal enterprise tools, including instant messaging, portal platforms, and HR/finance management systems. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, high‑impact designs that boost workplace productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design features independently for various internal systems, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that follow the team’s design principles and branding.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide mentorship, and actively seek feedback to improve design quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a proven ability to work autonomously.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design solutions for B2B or enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools).
