Product Designer

About the role

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Product Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑powered digital inspection solutions for aircraft engines. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to create intuitive, data‑driven software experiences for a global aftermarket network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behaviour and product analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) to uncover usability opportunities.
• Translate insights into wireframes, mock‑ups, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve the enterprise design system for consistency and scalability.
• Partner closely with software engineers to ensure smooth design‑to‑development handoff.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and customer engagement activities to validate decisions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Iteratively improve product experiences through data‑driven decisions and Agile development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, HCI, Interaction Design or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in SaaS product design, UX/UI design, or a comparable field.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
