Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

SuperCheckout is redefining collaborative payments and is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to shape intuitive checkout experiences across web, mobile and partner integrations. You will translate complex payment scenarios into simple, human‑centred interfaces that feel effortless and delightful.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end checkout flows for split, stack and delegated payments.
• Create modular, brand‑agnostic UI components for merchant environments.
• Visualise multiplayer payment actions and status updates.
• Ensure lightweight, context‑aware UI with nudges and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and merchant teams.
• Prioritise mobile‑first design for QR, “Pay for Me” and link‑based flows.
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma, Framer or similar tools.
• Maintain and evolve a cross‑vertical design system.
• Conduct user research to uncover friction and inform decisions.
• Craft emotionally intuitive experiences that feel collaborative and human.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS or e‑commerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and user‑centred design.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
• Passion for clean, clear design that solves real problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using Framer or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of mobile‑first design, UX best practices and design systems.
