Product Developer II

About the role

Join Secretlab’s award‑winning Product team as a Product Developer II, creating consumer products that complement the brand’s world‑renowned gaming chairs. You will lead end‑to‑end development initiatives for projects sold in over 60 countries, working closely with design, engineering and manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned products, from configuration and validation to market launch readiness.
• Coordinate component reviews, prototyping activities and cross‑functional task alignments to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with Industrial & Packaging Design, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve risks early.
• Communicate directly with manufacturing partners and suppliers to align sample iterations and production data.
• Support PLM deployment, ensuring data governance and accurate documentation of BOMs, sheets and databases.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase delivery reliability and speed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in product development, project coordination or engineering operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑layered data structures, product registries or inventory workflows.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) proficiency.
• Experience with PLM tools and BOM management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to consumer product development.
