Product Executive

About the role

The Product Executive will turn category and product ideas into launches that excite customers. You will support campaign planning, product development, and accurate ordering while working closely with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth rollouts and strong in‑store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of category strategies through campaign calendar planning, product launches and promotions.
• Prepare order templates with data and recommendations, ensure timely and accurate order submissions.
• Support merchandise development, coordinate downstream operations, and manage sample housekeeping.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create launch kits, administer POS materials, set store targets and allocate inventory.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools for sales, campaign and product launch analysis.
• Perform competitive market research and trend studies to identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with e‑commerce teams and third‑party platforms for timeline planning, assortment maintenance, promotions set‑up and core assortment replenishment.

Required profile

• Experience in product development, category management or merchandising.
• Strong analytical ability to measure, track and communicate campaign results.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and vendor teams.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify emerging trends.
