Product Manager - Adult Nutrition (Glucerna)

About the role

Abbott's Adult Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, including brands such as Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure and Glucerna. As Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end growth strategy and commercial execution for the Glucerna brand, with primary accountability for consumer penetration, market share growth and business performance. You will also manage the therapeutic portfolio for chronic kidney disease. The position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Glucerna annual brand strategies and commercial plans to drive consumer penetration, household adoption, market growth and financial performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of the diabetes journey, customer insights, competition, market dynamics and consumption behaviour.
• Lead integrated omnichannel marketing programs that increase awareness, trial, acquisition, conversion and retention among healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Drive healthcare professional marketing for Glucerna and Nepro, including scientific content, CME programmes, congress participation, digital engagement, KOL partnerships and educational activities.
• Lead consumer marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail activation and experiential events to recruit new users.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies and strategic partners to turn brand strategies into compliant activation plans.
• Manage brand budgets, monitor spending, evaluate campaign performance and optimise spend with agencies.

Required profile

• Degree qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
