Product Manager (Esp Data & AI Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Enterprise Data & AI Platform, driving the vision and strategy for our enterprise data hub. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact data and AI capabilities that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for the enterprise data hub.
• Manage the data hub as a product platform, balancing needs of data producers, users, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Conduct user research, interviews, testing, and analyse feedback to guide product decisions.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and manage risks across the product lifecycle, including data, security, AI, and operations.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog to deliver high‑impact features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data owners, policy teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Plan product launches, monitor performance and iterate based on results.
• Define success metrics, data requirements and reporting methods.
• Ensure data quality, governance, access control and proper usage.
• Identify AI opportunities, evaluate feasibility, translate into clear use cases and support adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Experience managing product lifecycle and go‑to‑market activities.
• Good technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
