Product Manager

About the role

Mitrade is seeking a Product Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across its global trading platform. You will work on both frontend and backend features that support onboarding, compliance, customer acquisition, search, discovery, and support, helping the company scale internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance data and conduct user research to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop product requirements based on data, competitor analysis and business needs to boost user growth and retention.
• Coordinate between China‑based development teams and overseas regulated entities to ensure seamless integration of international business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure high product quality across releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear and effective communication across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments is a plus.
