Product Manager, TM Master

About the role

OneOcean, a unified brand owned by Lloyd's Register and covering five product areas including fleet operations and compliance, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with a maritime background and deep knowledge of the TM Master product. You will own the backlog for key TM Master modules and work with the Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy and deliver features that improve operational efficiency, compliance, safety and vessel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the TM Master product backlog, translating strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming and reviews
• Gather requirements from maritime customers such as ship managers, superintendents and crew, and align with Sales, Support and Implementation teams
• Contribute to the product roadmap and identify innovation opportunities in maintenance, compliance, procurement and vessel performance
• Keep the product aligned with industry regulations such as ISM and class requirements, and stay informed on digital shipping, IoT and fleet optimisation
• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, performance, customer satisfaction) and use data and user feedback to improve features

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B environment
• Solid experience in the maritime industry, with extensive knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) and TM Master
• Strong understanding of vessel operations, compliance and maintenance practices
• Ability to present user workflows and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum and backlog management
• Hands-on knowledge of the TMv2 product, its modules, data structures and workflows
• SQL Manager and query writing for data analysis and validation

Preferred: experience with TM Master, fleet management software, shipboard/offshore operations, and PMS integrations with ERP, freight, CBM and ecommerce platforms; familiarity with dry docking and compliance workflows.
