Product Trainer, Agency Distribution

About the role

We are seeking a Product Trainer to join an insurance client’s agency distribution team. The role focuses on building product knowledge, sales capability and professional development across the agency force, enabling representatives and leaders to confidently position insurance and wealth solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging product and sales training programmes for new and existing agency representatives.
• Conduct product launches, refresher sessions and market updates.
• Create training materials, e‑learning content, sales tools and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Distribution, Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Support agency leaders in strengthening product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Track training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor developments and product innovations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, financial services training, agency development or sales enablement.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance and wealth management products.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering training for sales or advisory audiences.
• Relevant insurance, financial planning or adult‑learning certifications are a plus.
