Production Assembly Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Assembly Operator works on the shop floor of a leading medical‑device manufacturer, executing defined production processes and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality cardio‑ and endovascular products. The role requires independent task execution, adherence to Kaizen principles, and a focus on meeting quality, quantity, and deadline targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow current guidelines, work instructions, cGMP, hygiene and environmental rules.
• Independently perform process steps and monitor execution according to training level.
• Report any process, quality, or safety discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Participate actively in Kaizen activities to minimise waste.
• Support a positive work culture and maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• Experience in a clean‑room environment is advantageous.
• Background in production, inspection tasks or machine handling is preferred.
