Production Associate II – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate II to join our manufacturing team in Singapore on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will support the production of high‑tech filtration and purification products that serve life‑science, diagnostics and biotechnology markets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in accordance with EHS, quality, 5S and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate machines and equipment at required specifications, ensuring material availability.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting of equipment and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Work collaboratively with the team on day‑to‑day operations and assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Secondary graduate with ≥2 years manufacturing experience, or NITEC graduate with ≥1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and lift/carry up to 20 kg.
• Effective team communication and flexibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing/clean‑room environment.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) operation.
