Production Associate II

About the role

The Production Associate II works in a continuous manufacturing environment, operating and maintaining automatic or semi‑automatic equipment to meet production specifications. The role supports the full production cycle from set‑up through assembly and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures and pressures.
• Follow engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs and other specifications to ensure correct production processes.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair and dismantle machinery according to documented procedures.
• Perform set‑up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts and electrical/electronic sub‑assemblies using hand tools, power tools, jigs and fixtures.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and SOPs.
• Experience working in a continuous production or processing operation.
• Proven capability to install, modify and repair equipment safely and efficiently.
