Production Associate II – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Associate II supports daily manufacturing activities at Pall Corporation’s Benoi facility in Singapore. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production tasks while complying with EHS, quality, and 5S guidelines.
• Operate machines and equipment to required specifications and verify material availability.
• Assist improvement initiatives and contribute to assigned projects.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting on equipment and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cleanroom environment when required.

Required profile

• Secondary education graduate with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift objects up to 20 kg.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing processes (preferred).
