Production Operator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Rockwell Automation as a Production Operator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Singapore. You will work in a diverse, inclusive environment, reporting to a Production Supervisor and contributing to the assembly of electronic and electro‑mechanical products for global manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub‑assemblies.
• Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing.
• Set up and adjust equipment, maintaining tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Execute production tasks from process sheets or verbal instructions.
• Inspect and verify work against predetermined tolerances.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Ability to work day‑shift 12‑hour rotations (4 days work, 3 days rest).
• At least 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Singapore’s West region with transport pick‑up available.

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology) operation.
