Production Operator

About the role

Join Grundfos in Singapore as a Production Assembly Operator, building precision pump components that support sustainable water solutions worldwide. You will work on a fast‑paced production line, ensuring every unit meets the company’s high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble pump components and sub‑assemblies following work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to verify compliance with defined standards.
• Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line.
• Apply lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in line with 5S and EHS requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Singapore facility on rotating or fixed shifts.
• ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
