Production Scheduler

About the role

ExxonMobil Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage the planning and execution of manufacturing runs. The role ensures that raw material supplies, including chemicals, catalysts and packaging, align with the production schedule and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead run‑plan alignment discussions with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business teams.
• Develop and communicate monthly run plans and forward‑looking (Month+3) plans.
• Monitor production performance against plan, track break‑ins and highlight significant deviations.
• Execute production‑planning improvement initiatives endorsed by the Business Team.
• Coordinate feedstock and raw‑material availability with other ExxonMobil organizations.
• Drive security of supply for raw materials in partnership with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business.
• Maintain master‑data accuracy in SAP APO/ECC for raw‑material planning.
• Participate in S&OP and Business Team meetings to translate demand forecasts into optimized run plans.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of production scheduling and supply‑chain coordination.
• Experience translating sales forecasts and stock transfer requests into production plans.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and raw‑material management.
• Attention to detail for master‑data maintenance.
