Production Supervisor – GMP, 8hr Shift, Tuas – S$3K Gross

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a small team of operators in a highly automated food manufacturing plant in Boon Lay, Singapore. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity and on‑time delivery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
• Drive the execution of Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) roll‑out plans and use problem‑solving tools for continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, SOP adherence and operational reviews to meet plant goals.
• Maintain clean, well‑functioning work areas and enforce housekeeping, hygiene and safe work practices.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Technical certification or diploma (ITE/Diploma) in a related field.
• People‑management experience and ability to work rotating 6‑day, 8‑hour shifts.
• Willingness to work in a non‑air‑conditioned, slightly dusty environment.
