Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing activities at INDICON’s Jurong Island facility. You will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, optimizing assembly line performance, and maintaining a safe, efficient shop floor. This role supports the Production Manager in driving continuous improvement and meeting customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations, capacity planning and assembly line optimisation.
• Allocate manpower, monitor shop‑floor activities and ensure output targets are achieved.
• Address operational issues such as material shortages, bottlenecks, equipment or staffing constraints.
• Monitor indirect material stock levels and track production waste, initiating corrective actions.
• Compile production data, track daily KPIs and maintain accurate records in the Syteline ERP system.
• Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a disciplined and positive work environment.
• Enforce 6S standards, safety and environmental regulations, and conduct routine toolbox meetings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality or production issues.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Junior‑level executive with a strong interest in manufacturing operations.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple priorities on the shop floor.
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a diverse workforce.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and continuous improvement.

• Syteline ERP system proficiency.
