Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead manufacturing and redressing activities for reagent production, working closely with Sysmex teams to meet output targets while adhering to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and assess production staff performance, recruit and develop team members.
• Plan daily job assignments and ensure proper documentation of manufacturing and redressing processes.
• Handle validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and process evaluations as required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse and Production Management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and maintain compliance with environmental, safety and quality policies.
• Support ISO audits, monitor process performance, and lead CAPA investigations for customer complaints.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop production personnel.
• Strong understanding of ISO QMS and EHS standards.
• Experience with process validation and documentation.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System (QMS).
• Familiarity with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
• Experience in manufacturing process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
