Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Services

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high‑quality parts cleaning, etching and other specialised processes. The role ensures timely service delivery while maintaining safety, quality and continuous improvement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and coordinate daily activities to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring on‑time completion of jobs.
• Maintain accurate production records, training logs and quality‑control documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with engineering, quality and other support teams.
• Uphold a safe, clean work environment in line with company safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and support staff development.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in parts cleaning or high‑tech services.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
