Production Supervisor – Semi-Con

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead our semi‑conductor manufacturing team in Woodlands, Singapore. You will be responsible for driving daily output while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead Production Operators and Technicians to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Supervise daily production activities and monitor overall operational performance.
• Manage cross‑training programmes to enhance technical skills and job knowledge.
• Ensure all required check sheets and records are completed accurately before, during, and after production.
• Maintain workplace discipline, good housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Identify production‑floor risks and operational gaps, implementing appropriate control measures.
• Lead productivity and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or contract‑manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of more than 50 Production Operators or Technicians.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• SAP ERP system.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
