Production Technician – Day or Night Shift

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Technician, supporting daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environment. You can choose a permanent day or night shift and will be part of a team that ensures high‑quality MedTech products are produced efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units and monitor parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Record machine data in the MES system, including lot numbers, output, waste, and downtime.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the quality plan and handle non‑conforming items.
• Assist the Team Leader with changes, projects, and compliance with EHS, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Manage material handling activities, including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School, O‑Level, SPM, NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) data entry.
