Program Manager

About the role

HP Singapore is seeking a Program Manager to lead the transition of operational roles from its Boise, USA site to Singapore. You will define project scope, deliverables and competency requirements while tracking progress through clear metrics. Working within a cross‑functional team of engineers and manufacturing partners, you will help deliver reliable, cost‑effective laser printer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project scope, deliverables and competency matrix for the transition.
• Track and report progress against defined metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced manufacturing partners on current production, sustainability and new product introduction projects.
• Drive process innovation, digitalisation, standardisation and productivity improvements.
• Facilitate issue resolution and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Data Analytics.
• Fresh graduates with 0‑1 years of experience are welcome.
• Understanding of coding tools and software packages.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing management processes is an advantage.
