Programme Associate - Active Ageing Centres

About the role

NTUC Health is looking for a Programme Associate to support its Active Ageing Centres (AACs). The role shares the centre's goal of making seniors' lives more fulfilling, assists the Centre-in-Charge in meeting the objectives and targets of the AAC, and looks after vulnerable seniors. Work locations are Lengkok Bahru, Bishan and Nanyang.

Key responsibilities

• Promote NTUC Health Active Ageing Centres' eldercare services and programmes
• Conduct and support active ageing programmes, including community screening assessments and encouraging seniors' participation
• Provide befriending services and monitor seniors' vital signs
• Coordinate care and support services through internal referrals or to external agencies
• Support seniors at outreach events and programmes
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping and report submission accurately and promptly
• Perform additional duties and work on weekends or after office hours when programmes or events run

Required profile

• Diploma or degree from any discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine interest in engaging seniors in the community
• Advantageous: good knowledge of community eldercare services and ability to converse in local languages

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
