Programme Management Engineer

About the role

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Programme Management Engineer to lead product development, transfer and ongoing production activities. You will act as the bridge between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQ, NPD, NPI, FA and product transfer projects from concept to operation.
• Prepare requisitions, evaluate supplier offers and conduct technical bid assessments.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on audits, engineering change orders and order execution.
• Oversee the certification process from application to approval for new products.
• Monitor supplier performance against delivery, cost and quality targets.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans and track key performance indicators.
• Develop simulation test cases to verify process change initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including 2D drawings and 3D models.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or contract‑manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
