Project Admin Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

The GNE team is looking for a contract staff member (temporary) to support partner engagement, campaign tracking and administrative financial operations for inbound visitor initiatives aimed at driving VAS usage. The role covers campaign tracking, auditing payouts against partner contracts, supporting finance processes and handling routine partner inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the main campaign tracking document so that all partner activities are recorded accurately.
• Cross-reference campaign tracking metrics against partner contracts to calculate monthly or per-campaign payout amounts.
• Prepare and organise payout lists, invoices and expense reports for submission to the Finance team.
• Act as the internal point of contact for routine payout queries from partners, reviewing logs to resolve minor data discrepancies.
• Update master tracking sheets and dashboards in real time so leadership can see campaign spend and ROI.
• Coordinate campaign brainstorming sessions, prepare and circulate agendas, take meeting notes and track action items.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Available to start anytime until February/March 2027, part time.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, data auditing and financial calculations.
• Ability to manage master documents, organise financial records and follow up on action items.
• Clear written and verbal communication and task management.
