Project Management Intern

About the role

BCS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Network For Electronic Transfers (NETS) and part of the NETS Group, manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure such as FAST, IBG, CTS, PayNow and SGQR. As a Project Management Intern, you will support the end-to-end execution of a large-scale project by assisting the Technology Delivery Manager in coordinating project activities across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders. The role ensures timely milestone delivery, smooth planning of migration activities, maintenance of project artefacts and readiness for UAT and Go-Live.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops, technical meetings and IDT/UAT preparation sessions.
• Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents.
• Work with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO) to align on deliverables.
• Run project meetings, track action items and follow up with owners until closed.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards and sign-off documents.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly progress reports for management and steering committees.
• Help with logistics, scheduling and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree currently being pursued in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations or a related field.
• Final-year students or those needing an internship as part of their coursework preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic project management knowledge (timelines, status updates, documentation).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
