About the role
The Project Control Manager will lead the planning, scheduling and cost control activities for engineering projects, ensuring alignment with the master schedule and timely delivery from design through close‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update project schedules and work‑breakdown structures (WBS).
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor costs, progress and risks.
- Prepare and present regular summary reports, KPI dashboards and variance analyses to the Project Management team.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including forecasts and explanations of deviations.
- Facilitate monthly performance meetings and drive continuous improvement in project planning processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project control or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Standard working hours: Mon‑Thu 8:00 am – 5:15 pm, Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
