Project Control Manager

About the role

Take ownership of project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project. The Project Control Manager (PCM) works closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report on project controls, progress measurement, and expenditure — playing a critical role in delivering the project on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply risk management, expenditure control, and change control processes to ensure project integrity.
• Report Earned Value (EV) measurements of progress across design, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning phases.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual, financial, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrable experience working in a digital engineering and construction delivery environment.
