Project Coordinator - LED Signage Projects

About the role

A client of Recruitment Alliance is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of LED signage projects. The coordinator reports to the Project Manager, liaises with clients and vendors, and keeps each project running smoothly from quotation and fabrication through installation and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning: help prepare timelines, cost estimates and material lists, and arrange site surveys and measurements
• Liaise with clients: communicate progress, arrange meetings or approvals, and handle minor requests or follow-ups
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors: fabrication, delivery and installation schedules with suppliers, electricians and installers
• Track daily site activity and report progress or potential delays to the Project Manager
• Prepare project reports and quotation paperwork, and assist with permit or regulatory submissions when needed

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in signage, construction or interior fit-out
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence (a company van will be provided); candidates with a car get a car allowance of $700 per month plus mileage claims

Required skills

• Basic understanding of electrical drawings
• Added advantage: knowledge of signage fabrication and installation (LED, acrylic, metal)
