Project Engineer – Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer specialized in automation to join our dynamic engineering team in Singapore. You will coordinate projects from planning through delivery, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to meet schedule, budget and customer requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Allocate engineering resources and ensure compliance with quality, safety and customer expectations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project engineering or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exposure to automation equipment or manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and occasional night shifts.
