Project Engineer (BMS, PLC, SCADA, Mechanical Engineering)

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the maintenance and optimisation of building management and control systems across its Singapore sites. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure preventive maintenance, and provide technical guidance to keep BMS, PLC, SCADA and related systems running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign subcontractors and manpower for maintenance tasks after project handover.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to carry out maintenance and servicing works.
• Develop and schedule preventive maintenance programmes.
• Perform routine checks, system backups, restoration, troubleshooting, and upgrades for BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Record maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to site facility management.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BMS, PLC and HVAC is a plus.
