Project Engineer – New Product Introduction (Mechanical)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and mechanical engineering projects in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to bring products from development to production launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams for NPI and engineering projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, sample builds, tooling, materials, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution.
• Track progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Drive projects to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of project engineering or NPI experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tooling and assembly operations.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects from development through production launch.
