Project Engineer (PLC / SCADA / Automation)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support PLC, SCADA and automation projects from implementation through commissioning. This position provides solid career exposure in industrial automation across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support PLC, SCADA and automation/control system projects from implementation to commissioning.
• Perform PLC programming, configuration, modification, testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist with system installation, integration, testing and commissioning of PLC and related control equipment.
• Troubleshoot system faults and provide technical support for installed systems.
• Carry out system upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
• Coordinate activities with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Attend site surveys, project meetings and testing activities.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, drawings, test reports and project records.
• Support maintenance and rectification works for existing systems when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Control & Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience in PLC programming, configuration, testing or troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA, HMI, RTU or industrial automation/control systems is an advantage.
• Candidates with project implementation, system integration, testing & commissioning or maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range SGD 3,500 – 5,000 per month plus variable bonus.
• Work location in Hougang, Northeast Singapore (onsite).
• Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
