Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Singapore, supporting on‑site construction execution and technical coordination for building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist or independently lead the Project Manager in on‑site construction execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and BCA requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and site teams, monitor work progress, material delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Attend site coordination meetings, prepare minutes, progress reports and inspection records.
• Enforce WSH safety regulations, conduct safety and quality inspections, and manage site variation orders.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements, and resolve complex on‑site technical problems.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and authorities on technical matters, evaluate variation orders and site claims.
• Supervise junior engineers, assign daily tasks and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on building construction site experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Familiarity with BCA codes, WSH requirements, local construction contracts and variation management.
• Experience in diaphragm wall projects is an advantage.
• Possession of a Supervise Safety Course (SSC) certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Auto‑CAD.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of BCA regulations and WSH safety standards.
