Project Executive / Manager – Telecommunications (Up to SGD 4,300/month)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive / Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications projects for both internal and external stakeholders. This 12‑month contract offers fresh graduates and junior professionals the chance to gain hands‑on experience in project coordination and stakeholder management within a dynamic technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end‑to‑end delivery of telecommunications projects.
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Track and ensure timely completion of project billing milestones.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in project coordination, delivery, or administration.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
