Project Executive (RTO) – Construction Supervision

About the role

The Project Executive (RTO) will lead on‑site supervision for a variety of construction projects, ensuring that works are executed to the required standards and specifications. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors and consultants, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site studies to verify scope of works against actual conditions.
• Assist in preparing tender specifications and tender documents.
• Provide daily on‑site supervision for repairs, redecorations, reroofing, and additions & alterations projects.
• Handover completed projects to clients.
• Assess progress payments to contractors based on work performed.
• Compute variation works using quantity take‑offs and site measurements.
• Prepare final accounts for each project.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress.

Required profile

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience.
• RTO certification or equivalent site supervision qualification is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
