Project Management Engineer I - Power Systems Southeast Asia

About the role

Rehlko is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage and execute industrial and engineering projects. The role works closely with sales teams, customers, distributors and the industrial solutions team, covering the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage projects so that key milestones are met on schedule
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and oversee project activities across functions
• Organize and lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors
• Ensure project documentation is reviewed, agreed and finalized for delivery
• Schedule and coordinate on-site testing and handover to the aftermarket team
• Provide first-level technical support throughout project execution
• Assist with feasibility studies and cost estimation, and submit monthly project status reports
• Support submittals with engineering input for third-party products and drawings
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and work with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests and documentation
• Update project status with the scheduler, customer service and production teams in weekly meetings, attend site meetings with contractors and consultants, and manage site installations and subcontractor coordination

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
