Project Management Manager – CAPEX/OPEX Projects

About the role

Jurong Port is seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects across its multi‑purpose port facilities. You will ensure projects meet quality, cost, delivery and safety (QCDS) standards while driving innovation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned projects, monitor milestones, critical paths and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis and support long‑term expansion and electrification planning.
• Drive innovation through DfMA/DfS, modular systems, prefabrication and renewable energy integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and ensure compliance with industry codes.
• Guide consultants, evaluate contractors, manage tender processes and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project closure activities, lessons‑learned analysis and post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management with a project‑management focus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Strong decision‑making, proactive stakeholder management and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.

Required skills

• DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and DfS (Design for Sustainability) methodologies.
• Modular construction and prefabrication techniques.
• Solar PV and renewable energy integration.
• Technical documentation and SOP development.
